These terms cover your use of the Kansu Audio website and our plugins. By using the site or installing a Kansu plugin, you agree to them. We're a small team, not a law firm, so we've kept this short and readable. 本規約は、Kansu Audio のウェブサイトおよびプラグインのご利用に適用されます。サイトを利用する、または Kansu のプラグインをインストールした時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。私たちは小さなチームなので、できるだけ短く読みやすくまとめています。
When you buy a Kansu plugin, you get a personal, perpetual license to use it. Install it on the machines you own and use it in your own music and productions - commercial or not - with no extra fee. Kansu のプラグインをご購入いただくと、個人向けの永続ライセンスが付与されます。ご自身が所有する端末にインストールし、商用・非商用を問わず、ご自身の音楽・制作物に追加費用なしでご利用いただけます。
You may not resell, redistribute, rent, or share the installer or license, or pass a plugin off as your own. The plugins and their code remain ours. インストーラーやライセンスの再販・再配布・貸与・共有、またはプラグインをご自身の作品と偽る行為はできません。プラグインおよびそのコードの権利は当方に帰属します。
Plugins are a one-time purchase - pay once, own forever, including future updates to that version. Payments are handled by our store provider, not by us directly. プラグインは買い切りです。一度ご購入いただければ、そのバージョンの将来のアップデートを含め、永続的にご利用いただけます。お支払いは当方ではなく、販売プラットフォームが処理します。
Because these are digital goods, we don't offer routine refunds - but if something is genuinely broken or you were charged by mistake, email us and we'll make it right. デジタル製品の性質上、原則として返金は行っておりませんが、明らかな不具合や誤った請求があった場合はご連絡ください。誠実に対応します。
Everything on this site - text, images, logos, audio, and the plugins themselves - belongs to Kansu Audio unless credited otherwise. Please don't copy or reuse it without asking. 本サイト上のすべて（テキスト、画像、ロゴ、音源、そしてプラグイン自体）は、特に記載がない限り Kansu Audio に帰属します。無断での複製・転用はご遠慮ください。
We collect as little as possible. To sell you a plugin and help you with support, we need your email and the details our store provider requires to process payment. We don't sell your data, and we don't run invasive tracking. 収集する情報は必要最小限です。プラグインの販売とサポートのため、メールアドレスと、販売プラットフォームが決済に必要とする情報をお預かりします。データを販売することはなく、過度なトラッキングも行いません。
If you email us, we keep that conversation only as long as it's useful, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. お問い合わせの内容は必要な期間のみ保持し、いつでも削除のご依頼に応じます。
We rely on a few outside services - a payment and store provider, email, and the social platforms linked in the footer. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we're not responsible for external sites we link to. 決済・販売プラットフォーム、メール、フッターに記載のソーシャルメディアなど、いくつかの外部サービスを利用しています。これらをご利用の際は各サービスの規約・プライバシーポリシーが適用され、当方がリンクする外部サイトについて責任を負いません。
We build these plugins for our own music and test them carefully, but they are provided as-is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, Kansu Audio is not liable for indirect or incidental damage arising from using, or being unable to use, the plugins or this site. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under applicable law. プラグインは自分たちの音楽のために作り、丁寧にテストしていますが、現状有姿で提供され、保証はありません。法律で認められる範囲において、Kansu Audio はプラグインやサイトの利用（または利用できないこと）から生じる間接的・付随的な損害について責任を負いません。法律上放棄できない権利は、本規約によって制限されません。
